The seven diagnostic layers are Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Expansion, Monetization, RevOps and Data, and Alignment and Trust. Each has an engine and a Word operating manual carrying the benchmark logic. Executive Oversight sits across all seven as the board view.
Every engine takes the consultant's firm name, so it replaces ours in the header, footer and printed report. One attribution line naming the methodology stays on the report, as the licence requires.
The engines run entirely in the browser. They do not read a CRM or sync anywhere; nothing leaves the machine except the request for their typefaces.
