The Copilot answering an agency's client questions
A licensed run of the Marketing Copilot on the questions an agency asks while onboarding a client, running campaigns, reporting and planning content. Every question asked is published, including the ones it refused.
Nothing loads until you press play.
The Copilot retrieves records from the 62-volume Marketing library, writes an answer only from those records, then checks every citation it used against what it actually retrieved. When it cannot source an answer, it declines rather than guesses.
The run was repeated on 15 September after two fixes. The first run declined a discovery question the library covers, because the model saw only the top five records. It now reads up to ten. A second fix made follow-up questions reliable when they arrive back to back.
